Delivery & Installation Technician

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable driver to deliver, install, and collect equipment — while consistently providing an outstanding customer experience. This full-time role is based out of our Airport Oaks, Auckland site and operates Monday to Friday.

This hands-on role involves the safe lifting, installing, dismantling, and transportation of rehabilitation and disability equipment. Given the physical nature of the work, you will need to be confident in your physical capability and fitness.

You’ll bring strong mechanical aptitude and a practical, problem-solving mindset to every job.  Just as important, you’ll have patience, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help people as you install and collect equipment within our clients’ homes, because great service is at the heart of what we do.

In addition to delivering and installing equipment on the road, you will spend a small portion of your time supporting our warehouse operations when demand is lower. Working closely with our warehouse team, you will assist with receiving and processing inbound goods, maintaining accurate records, booking stock into our computer-based inventory system, and identifying and reporting any stock variances.

To thrive in this role, you will need a flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to confidently switch between logistics and warehouse responsibilities as business needs require. No two days are the same, so being willing to roll up your sleeves and support the team wherever needed will be key to your success.

What you will bring 

• Excellent time management skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• High levels of integrity, empathy, and sensitivity when working with clients and responding to their individual needs.
• Good level of fitness and ability to lift/handle heavy equipment and goods
• Sound mechanical aptitude, confidence using hand tools, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• A full New Zealand driver licence with a clean driving record is essential, along with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
