Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Communication & Reporting
- Project Updates: Gather updates from the e-commerce team and draft engaging internal presentations, project roadmaps, and achievement summaries for stakeholders, including top management
- Reporting & Dashboards: Help compile, format, and distribute key performance indicators (KPIs), performance reports, and project tracking dashboards to keep stakeholders regularly informed of e-commerce progress and impact
2. Content Creation & User Journey Alignment
- Campaign Assets: Create engaging content concepts and marketing assets across digital channels. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling messages, adapt content for different audiences and markets, and leverage AI tools to accelerate content ideation while ensuring brand consistency and performance-driven communication
- User Journey Safeguarding: Cross-check assets and content placement across our digital touchpoints to ensure a seamless, logical, and high-quality user experience (UX) for our customers
3. AI Integration & Process Efficiency
- AI Tool Scouting & Testing: Explore and test emerging AI tools (such as generative AI for copywriting, automated translation tools, or AI-powered design assistants) to support daily team operations.
- Process Automation (Quick Wins): Identify repetitive manual tasks within our reporting, communication, or asset review workflows and propose smart, AI-driven automation shortcuts to save the team time.
- AI Best Practices Sharing: Act as the team’s "AI champion" by sharing tips, prompt templates, and best practices to help team members integrate AI tools into their daily routines safely and efficiently.
Who You Are (Profile & Requirements)
- Education: Master's or Bachelor’s student in Digital Business, E-commerce, Communication, or a related field.
- Communication & Reporting: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English), with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.
- UX & Brand Sensitivity: A sharp eye for detail, design consistency, and a basic understanding of user journeys
- AI & Tech Savvy: Highly curious about AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, automation tools) with a proactive mindset to test and implement time-saving shortcuts.
- Organization: Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple small tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative Mindset: An outgoing, curious personality with great interpersonal skills to easily connect with different teams
