    • Run monthly activities related to permissions, workflows, Core HR data, and operational reports.
    • Support the support team and work with technical teams to process new or change requests and resolve incident tickets, and handle the related UAT.
    • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify data issues, propose a remediation plan for each, and coordinate actions with technical and support teams.
    • Train users on operational Employee Central reports and dashboards.
    • Deliver HR data reports required for HRIS audits.
    • Contribute to the deployment of the new HR AI Assistant by conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and updating SharePoint and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to Core HR processes.
    • Maintain and enrich the HRIS process library to provide visibility and transparency to business leaders, HR, and technical teams.
