Portfolio Performance and Data – Apprentice

Attached to the Asset Management team, you will join the department responsible for hotel retention within the Accor network - PME Europe & North Africa, ensuring the smooth running of the Asset Management Database & reporting optimization.

In a fast-paced, high-volume international environment, accelerating the adoption of appropriate tools and maintaining data accuracy are critical to driving successful hotel retention.

This is where you come in: by implementing optimized processes to consolidate up-to-date hotel lifecycle data into the Asset Management database (Excel-based), you will help guarantee the reliability of information and reports. These insights are essential for developing strategic action plans to retain hotels within the Accor network.

TASKS/ MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Data Flow Management: Weekly extraction and cross-referencing of updated hotel lifecycle data from various systems, and migrating this data into the Asset Management Database.
• Optimization & Reliability:

- Optimizing the weekly data extraction and migration processes, and drafting the corresponding Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

- Writing an SOP for Database usage by team members to facilitate onboarding and handovers (multi-user environment).

• Database Structuring: Contributing to the structuring of the Asset Management database to integrate data historization, enabling the tracking of data evolution over time.
• Reporting & Analysis:

- Producing regular reports summarizing database insights to highlight department activities and facilitate strategic decision-making.

- Supporting data sharing across the department and other business units to ensure Europe & North Africa teams are aligned on retention status, objectives, and ongoing action plans.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (from a Business School, University, or Engineering School) specializing in Information Systems or Business Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, complex pivot tables, and managing updates for large volumes of data. Excellent affinity for data management).
• French and English.
