Job description

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cold rooms, refrigeration units, and related systems.
Respond promptly to guest requests and engineering work orders to ensure uninterrupted comfort and service.
Support installation, servicing, and commissioning of HVAC equipment.
Maintain maintenance records, logs, and engineering documentation.
Adhere to safety standards, environmental practices, and energy conservation initiatives.

Minimum 3 years of HVAC maintenance experience in a hotel, resort, or large commercial environment.
Technical certification (ITI/HVAC/Refrigeration Engineering) preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Previous Maldives resort experience is an advantage.
