Assist the Finance & Accounting Department in the smooth functioning of daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Income Audit and General Cashier activities; perform basic accounting and administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy, proper documentation and timely completion of assigned duties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with basic Accounts Payable duties, including checking invoices, supporting documents and filing.
Assist with Income Audit activities, including checking daily revenue records and supporting documentation.
Assist the General Cashier with basic cash handling, cash counting and reconciliation duties.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records and files.
Assist in preparing basic reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
Prepare and maintain documents using Microsoft Word and other computer applications.
Ensure all accounting documents are properly filed and organized for easy reference.
Assist with routine administrative duties within the Finance & Accounting Department.
Follow established accounting procedures, company policies and internal controls.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level education
Read, write, speak English fluently
