Job description

Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless and personalized guest experience.
Handle guest luggage efficiently and securely, including delivery, storage, and collection.
Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and in-room features.
Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including airport transfers, valet parking, and car rental services.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints.
Coordinate with the Concierge and Front Office teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Ensure the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Assist with the delivery of guest messages, parcels, and other requested items.
Maintain awareness of daily hotel activities, VIP arrivals, and special guest requirements.
Follow hotel standards, safety procedures, and luxury hospitality service guidelines.

Previous experience in a similar position, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
Good command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented approach.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent grooming standards.
Ability to deliver personalized service while maintaining high hospitality standards.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of Istanbul's attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is an advantage.
Ability to handle guest luggage and perform physical tasks as required.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Valid driving license and active driving experience are preferred.
