Your passion for managing food preparation as Chef de Partie of our Pastry department, will inspire your team to create truly spectacular dishes.

This is a full-time, permanent position, beginning in August 2026.

Starting Rate of Pay: $28.90 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $34.90.

Job Duties Include:

• Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards
• Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions
• Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

• Minimum of four years in the culinary field required
• Culinary experience within a hotel setting is an asset
• Diploma/Certification in a Culinary discipline is strongly encouraged
