Kitchen Porter

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and hands-on Kitchen Porter to join our team at Novotel London Tower Bridge, playing a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly!

This is a full-time opportunity, working 5 days a week. Flexibility is required, as shifts may include early mornings and evenings depending on operational needs.

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar back-of-house role.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene procedures
