Job description

Support marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and communications across digital and offline channels.
Manage day-to-day social media activities, content calendars, guest interactions, and performance monitoring.
Create and coordinate engaging photos, video, and written content showcasing the resort, dining, wellness, events, and experiences.
Support PR activities, media and influencer relations, press materials, and hosted media/influencer visits.
Write and edit content for social media, websites, email communications, brochures, and promotional materials.
Assist with website updates, email marketing, digital campaigns, and performance monitoring.
Maintain marketing, PR, social media, content calendars, databases, and regular performance reports.
Ensure all communications consistently reflect the resort’s brand identity, tone of voice, and luxury positioning.

Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, PR, Hospitality, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably within luxury hospitality, resorts, or travel.
Strong social media, digital marketing, content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
Experience with photography/video coordination and exposure to media, influencers, or PR agencies is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Professional fluency in English; knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
