Turndown Room Attendant

We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented, and professional Turndown Room Attendants to join our prestigious 5-star luxury hotel. If you take pride in delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness and guest service, we would love to hear from you.
As a Turndown Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests return to a beautifully presented, comfortable and welcoming room each evening. You will take pride in delivering the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and personalised service synonymous with a luxury hotel experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing evening turndown service in guest rooms and suites to the highest 5-star standards.
• Preparing beds for the evening and ensuring rooms are beautifully presented for our guests' return.
• Refreshing and replenishing guest amenities, towels and supplies.
• Ensuring bathrooms and guest areas are clean, immaculate and fully prepared.
• Conducting detailed checks of guest rooms and reporting any maintenance issues or guest requests.
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards throughout the shift.
• Working closely with the Housekeeping and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Following all hotel standards, procedures, health and safety requirements.

Your experience and skills include:

• Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster and be available to work afternoons and late evenings
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
