Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Accredited Labs team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organization and have a direct impact by partnering with our Accounting Supervisor to support the company's continued growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of accounts payable processes, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This position is based in Dallas, Texas and is considered hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the office.

As our Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and processing all aspects of the accounts payable function. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate payments, maintaining financial integrity, supporting operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement within the accounting department.
