Job Summary:
The Territory Manager will be responsible for interfacing customers during onsite inspections in assigned territories as well as possessing a background and understanding of construction-related activities to assist in project management and sales activities. They will be expected to be community members and establish a presence in a territory to help maximize revenue generation and earning through growing the traditional windows business, commercial and large loss opportunities, and building network of vendors, contractors and installers to depend on. The Territory Manager is responsible for driving revenue, margin, and resulting EBITDA performance through effective P&L management within their territory.

General Responsibilities:
- Complete pre-scheduled on-site photo inspections; document measurements, conditions, damage, access constraints, and other job specifications needed for accurate estimates, material orders, and labor scopes.
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and manage a reliable base of qualified subcontracted installers and local contractor partners across the territory.
- Develop and foster relationships with local contractors to grow our network. Our network is defined as general contractor or contractor of any type that we can grow our own contracting services with.
- Drive Sales and help our clients and Network Partners have the most current and up to date information. The office team will help to manage and support the Territory Manager to achieve these attainable sales goals through meetings and KPI’s
- Provide job-site oversight throughout the fulfillment and window replacement process, coordinating schedules, labor, materials, customer expectations, and issue resolution from assignment through completion.
- Partner with back-office teams to monitor job health, including revenue recognition, project margins, labor costs, material selections, ordering accuracy, change conditions, and closeout documentation.
- Manages sub-contracted labor crews with an emphasis on providing support as needed to ensure timely and efficient job completion. Strong project management skills are a requirement.
- Act as liaison between management, customer communications and labor sources to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
- Ability to interact with and explain project details to customers, insurance adjusters and other carrier personnel
- Manage territory to expected KPI’s as developed by leadership. The goal is to help foster and create a successful and profitable territory and be able to gauge the success of a territory.
- Build relationships with local suppliers to drive material pricing, sourcing, availability, and identification capabilities
- Be competent in managing multiple job sites and potentially managing superintendents while also running construction jobs.
- Ability to perform these functions in and around the respective region assigned
- Travel required in assigned regions (approximately 50-75% travel). To clarify this, you will be home most nights but traveling throughout your territory during the day. Also, with the expectation of having several nights a month away from home. Realistically 3-4 nights.
