    What You'll Do

    • Provide intensive case management and family support services to kinship caregivers and children.

This role offers a blend of in-home support, advocacy, crisis intervention, and community collaboration, allowing you to make a direct impact on the lives of kinship families. You'll be supported by a dedicated team that values professional growth, and making a difference in the lives of children and families.
