About You:
At ACI, you’ll be our go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work. Scrum Master duties include managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members on Agile methodologies.. Ultimately, you’ll help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints
You should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques. What you’ll do:
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Facilitate backlog grooming.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups, scrum of scrums and also facilitate decision making process
- Serving as facilitators for Agile teams working under the Scrum methodology.
- Ensure development teams follow Scrum framework values and Agile practices.
- Mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes and higher scrum maturity
- Eliminating team impediments.
- Conflict resolution and maintain a safe & healthy working environment for the team
- Bridging the needs of product management, sales, marketing, operations, and Software development
What you’ll bring in:
- 7 – 10 years of experience
- Deep Understanding of Agile and Scrum and Hands on experience in Agile SCRUM and implementation in software development projects
- Hands on experience in using Tools like JIRA for implementing SCRUM
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Scrum master certification
Nice to Have:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
