- Reporting Line: The 2 assigned Product Specialists will report to Ahmed Abdelhai during the assignment
- Scope: The selected Product Specialists will gain exposure across the following key areas:
- Event Execution: Coordinate YTG events, track milestones, and support timely execution with stakeholders.
- Hello Life Campaign Execution: Support social media and POS campaign execution, tracking, and post-campaign learnings.
- 2027 Brand Planning & MBR Support: Conduct market and competitor analysis, gather field insights and support brand planning and MBR preparation.
- Development Focus: Build marketing, market analysis, and commercial capabilities through hands-on experience.
Who Can Apply?

- 2+ years of service with Arcera
- “Meet Expectations” in their last two performance ratings
- No active disciplinary actions and/or Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
