About the Role:
The Facility Director serves as the single on-site leader and head of the facility, with full accountability for all operational aspects. This includes overseeing cultivation, harvest, production, processing, packaging, and finished-goods operations to deliver consistent, premium-quality cannabis products. The role manages all department leaders and their teams, drives operational efficiency, ensures strict compliance with state regulations and company SOPs, tracks and reports key performance indicators (KPIs), and aligns facility performance with company-wide goals. The Facility Director proactively addresses challenges, optimizes resources, and fosters a high-performance culture to meet production targets, budgets, and strategic objectives.

Skills to be Successful:
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education and Experience
· Must be 21 years of age or older
· Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations, plant science, or a related field – Required
· Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in cannabis production, manufacturing, or a regulated industry, with at least 3 years in a senior supervisory or managerial role – Required
· Demonstrated track record of successfully leading teams and achieving operational goals in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment

Schedule:
40-hour work weeks: Monday – Friday minimum requirement with additional days / hours as required

Manufacturing environment which requires extended time standing, walking, bending and reaching. Ability to carry up to 50lbs for up to 100ft may be required. Occasional extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers. Ability to work in a humid and pollinated environment. Ability to work well and effectively in a manufacturing environment.
