Role: Family Support Practitioner
Salary: £26,006.84 per annum
Location: Acle, Norfolk
Contract/Hours: Fixed Term Contract – Until 30th September 2027- Full time 37 hours per week, part time will be considered.

A bit about the role.
Norfolk's Early Childhood and Family Service (ECFS) supports children aged 0 to 5 and their families through a range of services, including group sessions, parenting programmes and home visits. Working alongside families and partner organisations, ECFS provides information, advice and practical support to help children thrive, with activities covering topics such as parenting, emotional wellbeing and keeping children safe.
How you'll help to create brighter futures
As a Family Support Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children and families across Norfolk by:
Providing one-to-one support in the family home.
Delivering parenting programmes and group sessions.
Working with partner agencies to coordinate support and attend multi-agency meetings.
Using a strengths-based approach to help families build on what is working well.
Supporting children and families to achieve positive and measurable outcomes.
