Role: Residential Support Worker Waking Nights and Days
Salary: £27,000.00 per annum (pro-rata)
Location High Wycombe, Bucks
Contract/Hours: Permanent - Part Time – 20 hours a week - shift work is expected between 10pm-7am. ALSO Day Shifts 24 hours a week shifts are set between 7am – 3pm or 2pm – 10pm and on a 4 weekly rota basis.

About the service
The Grove is a residential Short Breaks home in Aylesbury that supports young people to achieve their potential, have fun and make friends within a safe supportive environment. We provide residential short breaks supporting young people with learning disabilities and complex health needs.
As a Residential Worker, you will be responsible for supporting young people aged 8-18, throughout their stay in The Grove short breaks home.
Your role will entail safeguarding young people, enabling them to reach their full potential, supporting with all their needs. You will be part of a fun, supportive and hardworking team that works as part of a rota working a variety of early, late and weekend shifts.
In this role you can bring their experience, can-do attitude and passion with you and help maintain the high standards already set by our wonderful team!
