Digital Performance Specialist

We're investing in new capability, technology, data and AI-enabled ways of working to help us scale smarter, improve customer experiences and create a stronger competitive advantage. As part of this investment, we’re looking for a Digital Performance Specialist to help more people discover us online and inspire them to take their next adventure.

Reporting to the Head of Sales (currently acting as Head of Marketing), you'll be responsible for driving the performance of our digital marketing channels. This is a hands-on role where you'll use data, insight and testing to improve campaign performance, optimise the customer journey, and help grow bookings across our brands.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across channels including Google and Meta.
• Monitor website, campaign and booking performance, identifying opportunities to improve results.
• Analyse data and provide practical insights that support marketing and commercial decisions.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to deliver campaigns that attract and convert the right customers.
• Continually test, learn and refine our digital activity to improve performance.

About you

You're someone who enjoys understanding what drives performance and using data to make better decisions. You're commercially minded, naturally curious, and enjoy finding smarter ways of doing things.

You'll ideally bring:

• Experience in digital performance or performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Confidence interpreting data and turning it into practical recommendations.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to communicate with people across the business.
• A continuous improvement mindset and a focus on achieving measurable results.
