DIRECTOR OF ROOMS
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Lead and develop Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Services teams, Retail and other divisions as the business requires.
- Ensure the highest standards of luxury service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Drive departmental performance through effective staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Oversee guest arrival, departure, and in-house experiences, resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
- Maintain compliance with company standards, health and safety requirements, and operational procedures.
- Partner closely with Food & Beverage, Engineering, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experience.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Monitor service standards, guest feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in operations within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Proven experience managing Front Office and Housekeeping functions.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, payroll, and operating expenses.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Preferred experience with Forbes Five-Star Standards.

Salary: USD$80,000.00 - USD$100,000.00 per annum
