RETAIL MANAGER
RESPONSBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Supervise and support Retail Attendants to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve sales targets.
- Train, coach, and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards.
- Deliver a personalized shopping experience for hotel guests, members, VIPs, and celebrity clientele.
- Assist with scheduling, daily operations, opening/closing procedures, and staff supervision.
- Process and oversee sales transactions, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Maintain luxury visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandise receiving, and inventory counts.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and in accordance with luxury service standards.
- Ensure compliance with security, loss prevention, and company policies.
- Support retail events, activations, promotions, and VIP experiences.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, or premium hospitality.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with merchandising, inventory control, and retail operations.
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills and a polished professional appearance.
- Passion for luxury brands and exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and special events.
Salary: USD$50,000.00 - USD$60,000.00 per annum
