We are hiring a Lead Carpenter on a Superintendent track, someone who wants ownership, growth, and leadership.

The Role

You will:

• Lead carpentry execution on ADU projects
• Help supervise 1–3 active job sites
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal labor
• Perform quality control inspections
• Maintain clean, organized, safe jobsites
• Order lumber and standard materials
• Complete daily logs and administrative tracking
• Communicate clearly with PMs, inspectors, subs, and homeowners
• Train and mentor junior team members

This is a leadership development role. High performers will move into a Superintendent position.

What We Expect

We hire experienced specialists, not self-taught generalists.

Minimum qualifications:

• Journeyman-level residential construction experience
• Strong plan reading and layout skills
• Familiarity with CA Residential Building Code
• Solid math skills
• Experience working within structured systems (not chaotic jobsites)
• Clear, professional communication

• Self-motivated (we do not micromanage)
• Organized and process-oriented
• Results-driven (good and on time beats perfect and late)
• Candid and accountable
• Customer-focused
• Comfortable using software tools for tracking work
