### **Adam Residency** This 10-16 week, full time program, based in our San Francisco office, offers recent graduates and early career professionals a chance to gain meaningful experience at a fast growing AI startup. Residents at Adam have the same autonomy as full time engineers and researchers. Some Potential Projects: • Sprinting to build new agentic CAD features requested by our customers • Developing novel UI components to interface with CAD through an agent • Building gyms and training models with RL for specific CAD skills • Optimizing model hosting/inference for more robust generations
