    Job description

    About Us

We are fixing US healthcare by building an AI-native physical care platform, starting with home health.
Home health is a $140B industry with less than $10B in EBITDA — 40% of revenue is spent on pure administrative waste. We automate this work with AI, creating a fundamentally different cost structure compared to incumbents. This lets us rapidly take market share by serving the 30% of patients who go untreated today.

By reshaping the cost structure of this industry, we unlock its growth.
We’ve built one of the best AI teams in the world (from Character AI, Scale, Palantir, Citadel, Jane Street) and paired them with a team of healthcare veterans and ex-MBB strategists to build a new type of healthcare company: one that delivers care at the speed of an AI company.
Our physical care platform already operates with 30pp higher gross margins than traditional home health providers. With our AI advantage, we pay nurses more, remove their admin burden, and unlock the scale economics that have been missing from this fragmented industry. If we served this entire $140B market, instead of $10B in EBITDA, we’d drive $60B.

We're starting with home health, then expanding to all delivered care. Our mission is “any care, any where”.
Fundamentally, our incentives are aligned with America. Every dollar in revenue we make is two dollars taken out of the healthcare system. If we succeed, so does US healthcare.

    About the Role

Revenue cycle is where great care becomes a sustainable business, and it's one of the biggest levers we have to reshape the economics of home health. Every improvement in how we get paid, from cleaner claims to faster collections to smarter payer strategy, compounds as we scale.

As RCM Strategy Manager, you'll own the analytical and strategic plan for our revenue cycle. You'll dig into the data, decode payer behavior, and identify the highest-impact opportunities, then drive them all the way through execution alongside Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering. This is not a reporting role. Your insights will directly shape the products our engineers build and the way we get paid.

As we scale into new markets and evaluate acquisitions, you'll lead the revenue cycle workstream: stress-testing new opportunities, integrating new businesses, and making sure every market we enter is set up to perform from day one. You'll have high ownership, direct visibility with leadership, and the opportunity to help build the revenue engine of a fast-growing AI healthtech company.

    Responsibilities

    • Own RCM analytics end to end

    • Lead root-cause analysis on denials, underpayments, and revenue leakage, and drive fixes to completion

    • Build expected-reimbursement and cash forecasting models that Finance and Operations can rely on

    • Own the RCM automation roadmap

    • Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements and business cases for RCM tooling and automation

    • Lead revenue cycle strategy for new market launches

    • Own revenue cycle diligence on acquisition targets

    Basic Qualifications

    • 4–9 years of experience, including 2+ years in healthcare-focused consulting or advisory, ideally complemented by time in an operating role

    • Working knowledge of the end-to-end revenue cycle

    • Demonstrated ownership of an analytics function

    • Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to completion

    • Strong judgment to distinguish what's urgent from what's merely loud

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience at a multi-state or rapidly expanding provider organization, or in tech-enabled care delivery

    • Experience in post-acute care (home health, hospice, personal care)

    • Familiarity with clearinghouses, PM/EHR billing modules (ideally HCHB), and RCM automation tools

    What we offer

    • Collaborative team valuing innovation and problem-solving
    • Flexible time off policy—we expect most employees to take at least 3 weeks of vacation per year
    • In-office lunches, dinners, and snacks to fuel your focus and well-being
    • Comprehensive health insurance, dental, and commuter benefits
    • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution
