Job Responsibilities
Counsel UPSC and State PCS aspirants regarding StudyIQ courses and programs.
Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective counselling.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria
For Freshers
Must have appeared for UPSC Civil Services Mains or UPPCS Mains.
Strong understanding of the UPSC/UPPCS syllabus, exam pattern, and subjects.
Excellent communication and counselling skills.
Passion for helping aspirants and building a career in EdTech Sales.
For Experienced Candidates
1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, EdTech Sales, or Education Counselling.
Candidates with experience in selling UPSC, State PCS, Judiciary, SSC, Banking, or other competitive exam preparation courses will be preferred.
Good understanding of the UPSC/UPPCS syllabus and exam pattern is an added advantage.
