Detailed Manual CNC Machinist

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a CNC Detailed Manual Machinist to join our team. In this role you will setup, operate, clean, and CNC and mill machines to assure efficient operations, prevent contamination and achieve high utilization. At ADDMAN you’ll be part of a skilled and growing team pushing the limits of aerospace and additive manufacturing.

SHIFT:

• 1st Shift-Monday-Thursday-6am-4:30pm
• 2nd, 3rd, 4th (any shift to be discussed)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Setup, operate and perform daily maintenance on machines.
• Able to operate conventional machines- Bridgeport’s, manual lathes and some grinding with minimal oversight
• Strictly adheres to proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Makes high quality parts to specifications.
• Helps develop workable methods for machining operations.
• Makes proper use of machines, tooling, and inspection equipment.
• Sets up, machines, and inspects all required operations.
• Proficient at inspecting sizes and geometries down to .0002”.
• Provides leadership and guidance to less experienced machinists to upgrade their machining, inspection, and problem-solving skills.
