Supply Chain Manager

This position is 100% on-site Salary Range $90,000 to $140,000

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Supply Chain Manager — Polymer (West Coast) owns the supply chain function across ADDMAN’s three polymer sites: Carlsbad, Irvine, and Fort Myers. This role is responsible for directing and overseeing supply chain, purchasing, OSP, supplier management, and inventory functions across ADDMAN’s Carlsbad, Irvine, and Fort Myers polymer sites. The position leads and develops supply chain personnel, establishes priorities and performance expectations, and develops strategies that support production, cost, quality, inventory, and business objectives.

The role

exercises independent judgment in supplier selection, sourcing, inventory, cost management, OSP capacity, risk mitigation, and resource allocation. The position may provide limited hands-on purchasing support when necessary for business continuity or unusual business demands; however, the primary responsibility is management, oversight, and strategic direction of the supply chain function.
