We are currently recruiting for a brilliant restaurant based in Central London. The restaurant is Modern Britsh and busy!

All the company’s food is prepared from fresh local produce.

Main responsibilities – As Chef de Partie:

• You will be preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within the company’s specialities.
• Full responsibility for your section
• Occasionally training junior chefs as they help you.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous ensuring the kitchen runs at it's best

The Ideal Candidate –

• The ideal Chef de Partie would need to be someone who is extremely passionate about their trade.
• Have a can do attitude.
• Be flexible and able to work on different sections in the kitchen and run the Pass
• This person would need to be able to work extremely well in a high pressured environment.
• The ideal Chef de Pastie will need to have previous experience of working with a fresh British menu.
