Chef de Partie - Fine Dining - Pushing for a SECOND STAR! - £28,000

Chef de Partie for a 1 Michelin Star Restaurant; great fine dining restaurant and just 7 shifts a week.

The Restaurant is located near the heart of Mayfair and will offer career development and huge kudos on your CV!

Our priority in a Chef de Partie is a deep and abiding passion for food, with plenty of Michelin experience working with the best ingredients available.

Chef de Partie responsibilities of this role include:

Full management of a section to the highest standards
The willingness to push themselves as the restaurant strives for a second Star!
Ability to train and direct junior members of the team

Ideal Chef de Partie Candidate

•Up to 1 years’ experience working as Chef De Partie at a Michelin level
•Ability to work well in a team
•Dedicated individual who is looking to progress and develop
•Proven stability and growth from individual experiences
