Job brief for General Manager –
To assist in providing a professional and efficient hospitality service, ensuring that standards are achieved and maintained. Drive the business forward to ensure sales are maximised at all times.
Ideal General Manager
•Managing the sites P&L
•You will be responsible for all the site KPI's
•Personalised development plan
•You will have been in a General Manager role for at least 2 years
•You will have controlled sales volumes of over 50k and had experience in a branded bar/food environment
•Demonstrate a high standard of restaurant and personal presentation, ensuring good personal hygiene of self and team
•Manage monthly stock-takes and review results and variances with relevant departments
•You must have evidence of delivering great hospitality and impeccable standards.
•Agree and implement actions to continuously improve the guest experience
•Be able to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships
•Have the ability to plan, prioritise and organise your work
•Progressive management skills
