    Responsibilities:

    • Set appointments with national and large regional commercial accounts.
    • Present commercial electronic security products and services.
    • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and prospecting activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with multi‑site and national clients.
    • Develop strategic account plans for national and regional markets.
    • Work collaboratively with internal design and engineering teams to develop client solutions.
    • Manage a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
    • Represent Securitas Technology professionally in client-facing engagements.
    • Navigate high-pressure, demanding client situations with professionalism.

    Required:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative sales of commercial electronic security solutions.
    • Must have electronic security sales background, including experience selling intrusion alarm, access control, and fire systems.
    • Prior success attaining or exceeding high sales quotas.
    • Successful and proven cold calling, networking, and lead generation experience.
    • Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement service and account outsourcing strategies.
    • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and demanding client workloads.
    • Must live near a major airport and be willing to travel extensively across the East Coast.
    • Must have a valid driver's license.
    • Ability to integrate into a seasoned team and communicate frequently and effectively.
