Do you love high energy, delicious food, and making people smile? We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our Jersey Mike's team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant. You will greet guests, slice fresh meats, build sub sandwiches, and keep our shop sparkling clean. No experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training to teach you everything you need to know. Just bring your personality!

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet every guest with a warm welcome and provide friendly, fast service with a little zing!
• Food Prep: Slice meats, cut fresh vegetables, bake bread, and build subs to exact recipe specs.
• Point of Sale: Take accurate orders at the counter and process payments on the register.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a sparkling clean workspace, wash dishes, and sweep or mop the restaurant.
• Teamwork: Work closely with team members and managers to run smooth, high-energy shifts.

Job Requirements

• Age Requirement: Must be 16 or older to apply (must be 18+ to operate the commercial slicer).
• Attitude: Positive, high-energy personality with a strong willingness to learn.
• Speed: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctuality: Dependable transportation and a strong commitment to your scheduled shifts.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
