What You’ll Do
As a DSP, you’ll be the friendly, dependable presence in someone’s daily life. Your support helps individuals with disabilities thrive at home and in their communities.
You will:
Support daily living needs: personal care, cooking, cleaning, medication, and wellness.
Help individuals meet personal goals and live independently.
Encourage community involvement and social engagement.
Provide safe transportation and follow care plans.
Be a strong advocate, teammate, and role model.

We keep it simple. To qualify, you’ll need:
A high school diploma or GED.
A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. (This is not needed for Overnight positions)
The ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
A caring attitude and the willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest.
