    Job description

    Outreach is a Christian community service organization providing counseling, case management, youth development, older adult service, and community development.     Outreach is hiring a full-time Individual, Youth & Family Therapist at Outreach Counseling Center York to provide individual, youth, couples, and family therapy.

    Responsibilities

    • The Individual, Youth & Family Therapist will maintain a full-time caseload of 22 to 25 clients.
    • The Individual, Youth & Family Therapist will provide some or all of the following based on client need: individual, youth, family, and couples counseling. This will include assessment, treatment and termination, and coordination of services.
    • The Individual, Youth & Family Therapist will work with the clinical team to initiate and maintain community relationships related to counseling services.
    • The Individual, Youth & Family Therapist will participate in team meetings, clinical training, and other agency activities.
    • The Individual, Youth & Family Therapist will participate in the planning and improvement process at the agency to help improve the effectiveness of the counseling program and the agency as a whole.
    • Schedule: Monday – Friday, with at least 2 evenings per week. Possibility to work condensed Monday – Thursday schedule. Average of 40 hours per week.
