-       Education: Our partner schools value your education experience.  For all of teaching opportunities, you must possess at least a Bachelors or Masters Degree.
-       Experience: Our partner schools value your educator experience. Prior teaching experience in an urban setting is highly preferred.
-       Certification: Our partner schools value your credentials.  Our schools require a teacher certification or ability to qualify.
-       Passion for Teaching: Our partner schools are focused on closing the achievement gap.  The work of a teacher challenging but rewarding.
-       Commitment: Our partner schools value your commitment and dedication.  A strong commitment to educating all children is a must.
