As a Material Handler, you'll process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs, ensuring satisfaction. Use your customer service skills and problem-solving abilities to work independently and collaboratively across departments. This role involves working 12-hour rotating shifts, providing you with a unique opportunity to balance work and personal life effectively.
What You'll Do

• Safely operate forklifts and manage material handling.
  
• Maintain accurate inventory records and use control tools efficiently.
  
• Label and record weights while verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
  
• Properly stage, load, unload, and label shipments.
  
• Handle LTL & FTL shipments, documenting any discrepancies.
  
• Inspect containers for damages and report as needed.
  
• Participate in physical inventory counts and follow FIFO procedures.
  
• Assist customers by addressing questions, processing orders, and managing files.
  
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and time management.
  
• Collaborate across departments to support smooth operations.

• Forklift Certification (can be acquired on the job).
