*** Must be a Texas Resident, and located in the Austin or surrounding area*** Job Purpose: The Financial/Healthcare Analyst will provide financial insights and projections to the executive and management teams by preparing accurate financial and business reports, assisting in the preparation of presentations that provide thorough and thoughtful analysis, identify action items and effectively frame potential financial and business decisions.
DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS · Provide support to the accounting team related to productivity, demand, planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner. · Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions. · Partner with the executive team to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews. · Dive deeply into financial and business data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights with real time monitoring. · Completes market research and comparable company analysis. · Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization. · Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made. · Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. · Recommend strategies for increasing financial performance. · Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
