Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or a related field. 0–4 years of experience in Industrial Automation, SCADA, Control Systems, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related fields. Interest in Industrial Automation, SCADA, Control Systems, and Digitalization solutions. Basic understanding of PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, industrial communication protocols, and automation systems.
Exposure to SCADA platforms through academic projects, internships, training programs, or professional experience is an advantage. Familiarity with industrial networking concepts such as IP addressing, Ethernet communication, and network architecture is a plus. Basic knowledge of industrial protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, or similar communication standards is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to learn new technologies and work effectively in a project-driven environment. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Willingness to travel internationally for project assignments. Dual nationality is mandatory.
