Now Hiring: Patient Services Representative
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI (with occasional support at nearby clinics)

As a Patient Services Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients feel supported and cared for from their very first visit through every step of their journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients and accurately check patients into Electronic Health Records using established patient registration check-in and checkout protocols.
- Review upcoming clinic schedules to ensure patient charts contain accurate insurance information and required documentation.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Answer call center calls to provide overflow coverage as necessary.
- Owns opening of clinic and closing of clinic per established guidelines.
- Cross train in Medical Assistant duties
- Identify, propose, and implement continual improvements to drive process efficiency, scalability and innovation within the scope of your work that enhances our ability to achieve the ADVENT vision.
- Support the overall success of the organization and perform other related duties as requested by leadership.
- Plan and adapt with business growth and strategy, cross-training where necessary to accommodate different situations and locations.
- Follow all legal and compliance requirements, including HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient privacy.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
- Required - Minimum of 1 year experience working in a medical or healthcare setting
- Prior insurance experience preferred
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience working with performance-based goals or metrics
- A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills
- Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work at the Pleasant Prairie and Oak Creek clinics as needed
- Valid driver license
