Position Highlights Full-time, outpatient only (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week) Immediate patient base with strong referral volume Team-based approach with no APP oversight responsibilities Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + RVU-based bonus model Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution 22 PTO days + sick time + paid holidays 5 CME days with dedicated funding Malpractice coverage with tail License and DEA reimbursement Candidate Profile Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT) MD/DO with eligibility to practice in Wisconsin Must live within 20 miles of assigned practice location Recent graduates (2020 and later) encouraged to apply Visa sponsorship is not available About ADVENT Founded on the belief that patients deserve better, ADVENT takes a “nose-first” approach to ENT care, addressing airway and sinus concerns at the source.
