Job Description:

• Follows strict infection prevention precautions. Adheres to policies and procedures regarding all aspects of medication safety.
• Sets measurable and achievable short and long-range goals for patients, developing and implementing individualized plans of care.
• Prioritizes and completes follow-up assessments, evaluating and modifying plans of care as needed.

  Education:
• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
  Work Experience:
• 2+ relevant clinical nurse experience preferred [Preferred]
  Licenses and Certifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• NIHSS Group B [Required]
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Preferred]
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) [Preferred]

$37.76 - $70.23
