Job Summary:
Coordinates and monitors outpatient nutrition counseling services provided to outpatients and clients served including nutrition assessment and screening, development of nutrition and diet plans, counseling, completes progress notes, serves as a liaison and provides documentation in medical record to client’s personal physician.
