Are You Looking for Your Forever Work Home?
Come join a strong, supportive, family-oriented team!
We know there are a lot of medical front desk jobs out there. We're looking for someone who isn't searching for just another job — we're looking for someone who wants to find their forever work home, become part of a team, and grow with us.
We are a busy, established family medical practice with a strong team environment. We work hard, support one another, and believe that every role in the office matters. Our front desk team is an essential part of the patient experience, and we're looking for an experienced person who wants to become a valued part of that team.
If you're great with patients, great on the phones, know medical insurance and referrals, and want to work somewhere you can truly feel like part of the team — we want to meet you!
What Makes This Position Different
This is not simply a receptionist position. You will be an important part of the team patients rely on to help them navigate appointments, referrals, insurance questions, and their overall experience with our office.
The primary responsibility of this position is 100% inbound patient phone coverage, with cross-training at Check-In and Check-Out.
We are specifically looking for someone who already understands the pace and responsibilities of a busy medical practice and can confidently communicate with patients throughout the day.
Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour, based on medical-office experience and demonstrated skill level.
