The ideal candidate is experienced in meeting revenue-based goals through 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 ABM campaigns, collaborating closely with SDRs, Sales, and Event teams. This is a matrixed-role requiring seamless collaboration across the region and Global Marketing teams to generate sales-accepted opportunities.

    What You'll Do

    • Multi-Channel ABM: Plan, set up, and optimize 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 account-based marketing campaigns to drive pipeline.
    • Event-Driven Demand Generation: Leverage both external trade shows and Adyen-owned events as core demand generation vehicles—driving targeted prospect attendance, designing pre-/post-event nurture tracks, and ensuring rigorous pipeline follow-up.
    • Targeting & Segmentation: Partner with SDRs and Sales to identify high-priority target accounts and build highly segmented lists based on market priorities.
    • Content & Messaging: Map, plan, and create compelling messages and creative tailored to prioritized accounts and specific event touch-points.
    • Digital Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to create effective media strategies that surround target accounts.
    • Campaign Execution: Build and run regional email programs, direct marketing efforts, and optimized landing pages to convert interest into sales-accepted opportunities.
    • Global Alignment: Work closely with the Global Acquisition Marketing team to implement and scale localized strategies.
    • Analytics & Optimization: Leverage analytics tools to measure and determine the effectiveness of campaigns and event activations across all touch points.

    Who You Are

    • 3+ years of experience in a B2B demand generation or integrated marketing role, with a proven track record of driving net-new customer acquisition.
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing or similar
    • Proficiency with ABM and marketing automation tools; knowledge of Marketo is a strong plus.
    • Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize campaigns. Experience with Looker (or similar BI tools) is a plus.
    • A healthy balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution—you can design the plan and build it, too.
    • Agile & Self-Motivated: A self-starting contributor with the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and navigate a fast-paced environment.
    • Native spoken and written Swedish is required.
    • Fluent spoken and written English is required.
