Company Overview
Aeroseal was established to advance patented duct-sealing technology and develop a network of providers serving residential and commercial customers. The Aeroseal process seals ductwork from the inside out by pressurizing escaping air and allowing polymer particles to bond first to the edges of a leak and then to each other until the leak is closed.
The Aeroseal process has been recognized with Popular Science magazine’s “Best of What’s New” award and the U.S. Department of Energy’s “Energy 100” award. The Department of Energy also identified Aeroseal duct sealing as one of the most beneficial technologies made available to American consumers since the agency’s creation.

Aeroseal is a climate tech company on a mission -- reduce the world's carbon emissions by 1 gigaton annually. How will we do it? With our leak sealing technologies. Small leaks are a BIG problem -- The ducts and walls in buildings are inadequately sealed by manual solutions. Aeroseal's technologies - HomeSeal Connect and AeroBarrier Connect - inject a fog of sealant particles into these pressurized spaces. Software tracks the entire process, creating a certificate of completion showing before and after leakage. Aeroseal is one of the fastest-growing clean technology companies in the U.S. and currently has a presence in 27 countries and all 50 states across the U.S. Our technology has sealed nearly 200,000 projects and saved nearly $2 billion in wasted energy.
