What You’ll Do

• Own and grow a book of existing customer business, expanding lanes and increasing volume.
• Be the go-to person your customers trust when freight needs to move and problems need solving.
• Negotiate rates that keep customers happy and margins healthy.
• Manage loads through our TMS with a 98%+ accuracy rate (yes, we track it).
• Collaborate daily with Fleet Managers, Carrier Reps, and ops teams to keep everything running smoothly.
• Spot process improvements and actually make them happen.

What Success Looks Like

• Customers that grow, not just stick around.
• 90%+ customer satisfaction scores.
• Clean data, accurate orders, zero surprises.
• Being the person everyone, internal and external, wants on the call.

What You Bring

• 2+ years in transportation, logistics, or brokerage.
• A knack for building relationships and keeping them strong.
• Negotiation skills that close deals without burning bridges.
• You’re organized, tech-savvy, and cool under pressure.
• Comfortable in TMS platforms, Google Suite, and customer portals.
