&nbsp;Mumbai (Malad)&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Role Overview<div>We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Manager, Technology to lead the engineering efforts for our NucleusLinks product.

The ideal candidate will combine strong full-stack development expertise with technical leadership, ownership mindset, and experience in building scalable, high-performance products.</div><div>This role requires close collaboration with product, design, and business stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.</div><div align="center" style="text-align:center;">&nbsp;</div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Lead end-to-end development and technical execution for the NucleusLinks product&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and high-availability systems&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Be hands-on with full-stack development while guiding and mentoring engineers&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Drive technical decision-making, code quality, and best engineering practices &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Own system performance, reliability, security, and scalability&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure timely delivery of features&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage technical debt and continuously improve system architecture<div> </div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Required SkillsFull-Stack Development experienceStrong proficiency in Go / Python / PHP (any two preferred)Experience with modern backend frameworks and RESTful APIsFront-end experience with modern JS frameworks (React / Angular / Vue preferred)Strong understanding of databases (SQL &amp; NoSQL)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure preferred)Knowledge of microservices, system design, and distributed architecturesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control systemsFamiliarity with spec-driven coding and high proficiency in utilizing AI tools to optimize the &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; development lifecycle.
