Role Purpose:
The Change Lead is responsible for delivering business change initiatives that support ASR's strategic objectives, operational effectiveness and growth ambitions.
Working across project management, business analysis and change management disciplines, the role leads change from discovery through implementation, ensuring solutions are clearly defined, effectively delivered and successfully embedded within the business. With a strong business focus, the Change Lead partners with stakeholders to drive outcomes, manage delivery and support the adoption of sustainable change.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the delivery of business change initiatives, ensuring requirements are understood, solutions are defined and delivery remains aligned to business needs.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating workshops, discussions and decision-making to support effective change delivery and problem resolution.
- Manage change through its lifecycle, coordinating activities across business, technology and third-party teams whilst maintaining oversight of plans, risks, issues, dependencies and actions.
- Assess and manage the impact of change across people, processes, systems and ways of working, ensuring appropriate readiness and support is in place.
- Support the successful implementation and embedding of change by driving stakeholder engagement, communication, adoption and transition into business operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery practices, processes and ways of working within the Programmes & Enablement function.
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Experience delivering business change, transformation, process improvement or operational initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across the business.
- Demonstrable capability across project management, business analysis and change management disciplines.
- Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive delivery.
- Ability to assess change impacts and translate business needs into practical, implementable solutions.
Desirable:
- Experience within insurance, reinsurance, Lloyd's or financial services.
- Experience supporting process improvement, operating model or business transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or change management methodologies.
- Experience using delivery and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Miro or Visio.
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management or Continuous Improvement.
