Manager, AI & Strategy

We are looking for candidates with a master's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, or a related quantitative or scientific discipline and at least 5 years of professional experience across: Delivering data science or AI projects, from scoping to handover. Managing project teams and client stakeholders. Working with cloud data environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Using AI tools (LLMs, agents, copilots) in actual project work, as a practitioner.

Statistical packages and ETL tools (Python, R, Spark, SAS, SPSS). Other

requirements:

• Fluency in English (our internal working language) is required, plus fluency in French or Dutch.
• Strong proficiency in Dutch is particularly valued.
• Valid type B driving license (Belgian car license) or equivalent.
• Eligibility to work in Belgium and the European Union.
• We cannot provide relocation support.

The role

covers client work, team leadership, and an active hand in how the AI & Strategy practice develops. You will Lead projects end to end, from proposal to delivery, across data science and AI use cases. Own client relationships and grow them over time, with real accountability for outcomes. Spot commercial, technical, and organizational opportunities, and turn them into action without waiting for permission. Coach consultants on technical skills, project management, and client interaction.
